Weeks can be long. Life's hectic. We need a reset, but do we allow ourselves to take one? When we model positive self care our children notice.

Mother and daughter can end their day with relaxing the mind and body through breathwork, mindfulness and subtle body movement Come in lounge clothes, ones you can wear to bed, as you'll be ready to hit the covers after class. You'll arrive to a spot set-up for you & can leave the clean-up to us.

Would you like to connect more with your daughter? Maybe your daughter would like to have special one-on-one time with you. In this mini-workshop we will take a small journey on what it's like to be female. A female as a daughter and a female as a mother. Plus wouldn't it be great to spend time with other moms and girls.

Together we'll explore the mother/daughter relationship through yoga, art, journaling & discussion.

An afternoon to experience Radiant Warriors.

We all struggle to see our own strengths & feel empowered by our unique abilities from time to time. Girls will come together to move, create, experience, listen, and discuss life to gain a better understanding of who they are and to become more aware of who they want to be.

Radiant Warriors' Leaders

Hannah Rose Broom, yogi extraordinaire, brings years of experience teaching yoga and leading workshops in studios and high school settings. Psychotherapist, Christy Burkett, helps teens process emotions through talk and art therapy. Together, Christy and Hannah Rose will integrate knowledge and skills to create a safe space for young women to blossom, strengthen and begin to see themselves as Radiant Warriors.

Look for Kind Camp combines art, music, yoga, service projects, games, walking field trips & special guests. 

Look for Kind is a movement G&G started and it's beginning to gain traction on a global level. What we look for in the world is what we experience. 

We welcome ages 6-16.

Campers will be grouped by age ranges as well as combined together. Older campers will have leadership opportunities. 
$50 of registration fee covers supplies and Look for Kind t-shirt.

Camp consists of three days: July 8, 10 & 12 (9am - 2:30pm)

Girls Summer Social Club: Ages 11-15 Fee: $225

Summer can be a tricky time looking for something to do when you have daughters this age. Let them come to Gathered and Grounded to meet others their age, play games, experience yoga, enjoy art and more!

Girls can bring a sack lunch. They are also welcome to bring an activity to share with others.


Sometimes kids need a little something to keep them busy during the summer mornings & Sometimes parents need a place for them to go while they run errands, exercise or take a break.

Kids will have the opportunity for socialization, yoga and games while being in a unique and fun space.

Ages 8-10 Fee: $115 per week

Have perfectionistic tendencies? Get stressed about school? Fear being the center of attention? Constantly worry what others will think? Nervous to speak up or speak out? Have low self-esteem or self-confidence? Have a hard time calming down? Worry Warriors can help!

Through a combination of discussion, games, fun activities, art, books and role play, this 6-week group will help children:

Learn more about anxiety in all its forms

Identify what anxiety looks like and feels like in their own bodies

Learn how to cope with their anxiety in a variety of different ways
