Schedules follow the City of Decatur Schools' schedule.  During breaks various workshops and camps will be offered.

 

Kids/Teens are welcome to head over directly from school.

There are several spaces kids/teens can hangout in before class.

***Refunds are not offered.***

If there is a cancellation for a series a credit will be put on file. Individual classes missed can be made-up by attending another class if space is available.

Kids like to move. Kids like music. And...kids will learn to like being present in body and mind.

Through stories, art, yoga, music and community kids will have a great start to the weekend.

Classes are 45 minutes in length

Ages: 3-5

Saturdays, June 15th, 22nd, 29th July 6th, 13th: 9am- 9:45am *Registration includes all five classes. We believe in building community. There are no drop-ins for this series.

$80 for entire session

Class is limited to 8 participants.

We know summers are busy, This summer your teen can make their own yoga schedule. Classes are 60 minutes for ages 12+. No experience necessary.

There are times it can be fun to have some extra bonding between sisters. Sometimes they go their own way and need something to bring them back together.

Working on the mat as individuals, with each other and in a group will make this a special time to remember while practicing poses, breath work and meditation.

Registration is based on a set of sisters.

Age 10+

Have your kiddo share their Saturday morning with us in this mindful class. The ability to know how the brain and body feels is a learned skill. By using breath, movement, asana (yoga postures) and meditation, each yogi will build new awareness of themselves. Unwind each practice with longer held postures before the final rest in class.

Registration for individual classes closes at 9am prior to each class. We can’t guarantee walk-ins so please register in advance. There are only 4 spaces per class allotted for individual registration.

Wind down from the weekend with Marnie and prepare for the coming school week.

This series will focus on breath work, guiding meditation and yoga postures. Postures are held longer and not meant to be strenuous.

The goal is to relax the body and mind through release of tension. Going to sleep following this class should be a breeze.
