Kids/Teens are welcome to head over directly from school.

All humans can benefit from yoga! Oftentimes boys get left behind as classes may not speak their language. No matter how your "boy" spends his day, yoga is for him.

This series will work on flexibility of mind and body, breath work and mindfulness. All of these will support stress relief, concentration and staying grounded (of course the good kind).

There are times it can be fun to have some extra bonding between sisters. Sometimes they go their own way and need something to bring them back together.

Working on the mat as individuals, with each other and in a group will make this a special time to remember while practicing poses, breath work and meditation.

Registration is based on a set of sisters.

Age 10+

Jan 13th - Feb 10th 6pm

Have your kiddo share their Saturday morning with us in this mindful class. The ability to know how the brain and body feels is a learned skill. By using breath, movement, asana (yoga postures) and meditation, each yogi will build new awareness of themselves. Unwind each practice with longer held postures before the final rest in class.

Registration for individual classes closes at 9am prior to each class. We can’t guarantee walk-ins so please register in advance. There are only 4 spaces per class allotted for individual registration.

Ages 8 - 12

Wind down from the weekend with Marnie and prepare for the coming school week.

This series will focus on breath work, guiding meditation and yoga postures. Postures are held longer and not meant to be strenuous.

The goal is to relax the body and mind through release of tension. Going to sleep following this class should be a breeze.

Ages 12-16
