Cee Cee Weeks, Yoga Teacher RYT-200 Cee Cee has been working with kids and teens since the age of 11, and practicing yoga since graduating from Agnes Scott College in 2014. After practicing for a few years, the healing and calming aspects of yoga drew her to complete her 200 hour yoga teacher training with The Center for Integrative Yoga Studies. Since graduating, Cee Cee has been teaching trauma informed yoga and mindfulness through Centering Youth and bringing yoga to populations in need. Her passion for yoga lies in the power of yoga to help calm the nervous system, in teaching accessible classes for any student, and creating space for all bodies to move and meditate. When she's not practicing yoga (or talking about yoga or teaching yoga) you can find her taking ridiculous pictures of her cats, at the movies with her girlfriend, or hanging out with her favorite people.

Monica Kerik Monica worked for 15 years in the Advertising industry in Mexico City, London and Atlanta. When she saw an opportunity, she decided to create innovative curriculum for a Spanish Enrichment program for Preschools. She has taught more than 2500 students in 13 years and counting. Monica has always been curious to understand the human mind which led her to take several courses and certifications in Buddhism, Meditation, Professional Coaching, Positive Psychology, and Organizational Leadership. Through this process, it emerged that she wanted to use her professional experience in understanding facts and human insights, with her passion to help others develop and grow. In 2017, she founded Life Full of Goodness whose mission is to inspire others (and herself!) create a more mindful, balanced and fulfilling life. Monica ignites business and personal growth through Science of Happiness Talks and Workshops, Lego® Serious Play® Facilitation and Co-Active® Coaching. Monica has a very bad case of wanderlust with an ever-growing list of countries to visit next. When she's not facilitating a workshop, thinking about a trip, or planning one, she's taking a siesta or attending a fiesta :)
