Schedules follow the City of Decatur Schools' schedule.  During breaks various workshops and camps will be offered.

 

Kids/Teens are welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior class.

In our western world we focus more on what we call poses or asanas (sanskrit).  Yoga is more.  Asanas are the newest part of yoga philosophy.

Ahisma means non-violence, non-harm to others, but we can also look inward. Ahisma is part of one of the 8 limbs of yoga, falling under the yamas.  

There's much to be learned from yoga philosophy. This is a great class for the teenage yogi looking to go further in body, mind and breathwork.  

A 75 minute class to allow for discussion, journaling and yoga (poses, meditation and breathwork).

All humans can benefit from yoga! Oftentimes boys get left behind as classes may not speak their language.  No matter how your "boy" spends his day, yoga is for him. 

This series will work on flexibility of mind and body, breathwork and mindfulness.  All of these will support stress relief, concentration and staying grounded (of course the good kind).

Join Cee Cee for this fun and mindful Fall series. The ability to know how your brain and body feels is a learned skill. By using breath, movement, asana (yoga postures) and meditation, each yogi will build new awareness of themselves. Unwind each practice with longer held postures before the final rest in class.

Wind down from the weekend with Marnie and prepare for the coming school week.  

This series will focus on breath work, guiding meditation and yoga postures. Postures are held longer and not meant to be strenuous.  

The goal is to relax the body and mind through release of tension. Going to sleep following this class should be a breeze.
