Everyone’s path to happiness is different, but research suggests there are ten key areas that affect our well-being and all are within our control. Every week we will focus on different keys and discuss what science says about what make us happy and put those strategies into practice. 

Learning about positive psychology will help you guide your decisions on where is best to put your time and energy and have more appropriate answers to your children's hardest questions.

Sometimes when we decide to make adjustments in our life we may need to find connections with others & ourselves in new ways. We are offering an opportunity to practice yoga in a safe community with others who are on similar paths of recovery.

We welcome all who are in recovery, impacted by family &  friends in recovery, and/or are seeking new ways to connect to self and others in a safe and inviting space.
